Report Unprofessional Behavior?

I called into a company to order supplies. While I was on the phone, I heard a man speaking loudly in the background, telling a story about being high. A coworker who has also called the company before, thinks she has heard the same loud man talking in the office and making fun of customers. It makes us worry about what is said about us and who exactly is working for them. We've used this company for years and have never heard such things before. Should I report this behavior to the company even though we don't know exactly who the man is?
